About Siddharth Sharma

I didn't start Context Theory because I wanted to build another marketing agency.

I built it because I kept seeing the same pattern.

Companies invested heavily in websites, campaigns, automation and content, yet struggled to explain why customers should care. Teams were busy producing marketing, but the underlying positioning remained unclear. Better execution rarely solved the problem because the strategy underneath it hadn't changed.

Over the past 14 years, I've worked across manufacturing, healthcare and B2B businesses, leading marketing that spans brand strategy, product marketing, digital campaigns, websites, exhibitions, packaging, content production, photography, video, AI workflows and automation. Working across the entire marketing stack exposed something most businesses overlook: every channel amplifies clarity or amplifies confusion.

That observation became Context Theory.

Today I help businesses simplify complex offerings, build systems that scale, and use AI and automation where they create genuine leverage rather than unnecessary complexity. Every recommendation is designed to make marketing easier to understand, easier to operate and easier to measure.

Alongside client work, I build products and research new approaches to AI, behavioral systems, search and automation. Context Theory exists because I believe agencies shouldn't only execute ideas. They should develop them.

I work directly with every client. There are no account managers, no sales handoffs and no outsourced strategy. If we work together, you'll be working with the person who designed the approach from the beginning.

§5.1

Founder visibility is a credibility cue, not a biography. The list is what the work has been, not what it is called.

What I believe

  1. Marketing becomes dramatically simpler when the business itself becomes easier to understand.
  2. Technology should remove repetitive work, not create more of it.
  3. AI is valuable when it improves decisions, not when it simply generates more content.
  4. Good positioning reduces the amount of marketing a business has to do.
  5. Every recommendation should survive scrutiny from both customers and data.

Why Context Theory?

Because context changes everything.

The same product can feel obvious or confusing depending on how it's presented.

The same marketing budget can create growth or disappear into noise depending on the underlying strategy.

Context Theory exists to improve that foundation before adding more tactics.

Start with the measurement.

The fastest way to find out whether any of this applies to your business is to have it measured rather than described.
