Calculators
Every one of them shows its working.
Each tool states the source behind the figure it multiplies by, prints the arithmetic step by step, and says what it does not model.
That is not a UX preference. A number that arrives from nowhere reads as a number chosen to produce a sale, and on this side of the market it is discounted the moment it appears. Where a choice could go either way — the top of a band or the bottom, a monthly figure or an annualised one — these take the smaller number, because a tool that overstates the leak makes everything downstream of it worth less.
| Calculator | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Employer payroll tax floor | Three federal rates, three different bases, and no single percentage. Enter one wage and watch the caps do the work. |
| Retainer vs DIY stack | Software plus your own hours, priced against the market floor for a focused retainer. This tool asserts no prices. |
| Marketing budget benchmark | SMBs allocate 3–5% of gross revenue to marketing. This returns the lower bound, and what that lower bound buys. |
| Missed lead revenue | Nearly a quarter of firms never answer a web enquiry at all. Enter three numbers and price that. |
