There is no phone number on this site.
That is a decision, not an oversight. A published number on a one-person practice half a day out from US Eastern time is a line that mostly rings out, and a number that rings out is worse than no number at all.
Clients do get a phone number. It sits in the scope document and it is the second step of the escalation path — email first. Phone if email has not moved it. A call on Google Meet if it is genuinely breaking.
Before that point, email inside the live window is genuinely the fastest route, and it leaves a written record, which is an accountability artifact rather than a compromise.
