Only 7% of teams reply to an inbound lead within five minutes. The average is around 42 hours.
2026 speed-to-lead benchmark · range ~5% FinTech to ~15% RevOps · verified
Oldroyd, McElheran & Elkington, "The Short Life of Online Sales Leads", Harvard Business Review (March 2011) · hours · 1.25M inbound leads across 2,241 US firms · verified
Under five minutes, inquiries close at about 32%. After twenty-four hours, about 12%. In real estate the average agent takes over fifteen hours to reply at all.
The audit measures your number against that benchmark, and against three competitors within your metro on the same day.
Nothing is installed. I work from your public funnel — the same one your buyers use.

What The Growth Audit contains.
Published in full, because a diagnostic you cannot inspect before buying is the same ambiguity problem it claims to solve.
| Component | What it is | Answers |
|---|---|---|
| Lead-response measurement | A real inquiry submitted to your funnel and timed, plus three local competitors on the same test, the same day. | Is this generic? — no, it is your number |
| Leak map | Every point between search impression and booked appointment where leads exit, quantified. | What is actually wrong? |
| Revenue quantification | Leak × your deal size × your close rate. The arithmetic is shown, not just the total. | Does this matter financially? |
| Competitive comparison | Three named local competitors, measured on the same dimensions. | Am I actually behind? |
| Prioritised fix list | Ranked by impact and effort, including the items you can close yourself without me. | Is this just a sales document? |
| Recorded walkthrough | Fifteen to twenty minutes walking the findings. | Who did this work? |
| Live review call | Forty-five minutes, scheduled in your timezone. | Can I ask questions? |
What it will not do.
Limits
-
will not fix the leaks it finds. It is a diagnosis, not a build.
will rank every leak by impact and effort, and name the ones you can close yourself without hiring anyone.
-
will not predict your revenue, and it will not tell you what a fix is worth before you make it.
will quantify the current leak against your own deal size and close rate, with the arithmetic shown so you can check it.
-
will not fix a broken offer. If leads are not converting because the pricing is wrong, faster follow-up makes that visible sooner, not better.
will separate a response problem from an offer problem, and tell you which one you have.
§5.2
A diagnostic that recommends things I do not get paid for is the strongest evidence the diagnosis is honest.
What the report looks like.
The layout below is the real structure of the deliverable. The figures in it are not — they are marked illustrative, because yours do not exist until the measurement runs.
Section 1 · Lead-response measurement
- Inquiry submitted
- First reply received
- None within measurement window
- Competitor 1 · 2 · 3
Section 4 · Prioritised fix list
- Highest impact, lowest effort — you can close this one yourself
- Highest impact, needs a build
- Lower impact, monitor only
Price, terms and the guarantee.

|---|---|
| One business, one website, one funnel | $497 |
| Multiple brands, sites or funnels | $997 |
| Delivery | 5 business days from cleared payment and completed intake |
| Payment | 100% upfront |

$497 covers one business, one website, and one primary acquisition funnel. $997 covers businesses operating multiple brands, multiple websites, or multiple acquisition funnels requiring independent analysis.
The delivery clock starts once payment has cleared and the intake questions are answered — not at the moment you pay. It is a commitment rather than an estimate, so it has to start from something I actually control.
Guarantee
If your audit does not identify at least three specific opportunities to improve your acquisition system, I'll refund your payment in full.
-
will not guarantee an outcome. No audit can, and anyone offering one is describing a market they do not control.
will guarantee the deliverable — three specific, actionable findings, or the payment comes back. No process to go through and no judgement call.
Teams using automated routing hit the fifteen-minute standard 62.5% of the time. Manual-only teams manage 39.1%.

Why this is paid, and not a free consultation.
A free consultation is a sales call with a different name. You would spend an hour describing your business to someone who has not looked at it.
Paying first inverts that. I do the measurement before we speak, so the call starts with findings rather than questions. You get a document either way — if you go no further, the fix list is still yours, and the items you can close yourself are marked.
It also means I can afford to be selective about who I take on, which is the only honest reason a solo operator can promise a response time and keep it.
Start with the measurement.
